WIMBLEDON, England — Serena Williams seems to have recovered from her knee issues in time to compete in doubles at Wimbledon.

Serena, 44, and Venus Williams, 46, had been scheduled to play their opening doubles match on Saturday after organizers postponed the match to present Serena time to take care of knee issues she suffered in her singles loss.

The Williams sisters’ match towards Camila Osorio and Solana Sierra is the one first-round doubles match but to be performed within the grass court docket match. Organizers have included the sport on Saturday’s schedule, however haven’t but assigned a court docket for the sport, saying solely that the sport will happen after 4:30pm native time.
