Red Bull’s Max Verstappen judges old design, confirms findings on ‘ultra-dangerous’ wing

Purple Bull F1 group boss Laurent Mequise has confirmed that the group has “revised” the design of the Macarena’s rear wing forward of its anticipated return on the Hungarian Grand Prix.

The Milton Keynes-based group has ditched its personal answer to Ferrari’s proprietary rotating rear wing idea after Max Verstappen’s back-to-back high-speed crashes on the Austrian and British Grand Prix.
